The SCHÜTZ Messtechnik GPD 3010 Ex finds leaks in gas installations and refrigeration systems, with just one sensor and no sensor change at all, approved for use in Ex Zone 1 and Ex Zone 2. This makes it suitable for gas pipes as well as air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, heat pumps and checking vehicles with CNG, LPG or air conditioning.
No sensor change needed: The GPD 3010 measures combustible gases and refrigerants with one and the same sensor, you simply select the gas on the device. With many other leak detectors the sensor has to be changed for this.
Approved for Ex Zone 1 and Ex Zone 2: Approved to ATEX II 2G Ex ib IIC T4 Gb, the device may be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2, i.e. also where an explosive atmosphere is likely to occur occasionally in normal operation, including hydrogen atmospheres.
The high-resolution graphic display shows the reading digitally and as a bar graph, and the device is operated with a single button. The sensor sits on a 180 mm gooseneck. The device is H2-ready and prepared for the hydrogen transition. Developed and manufactured in Germany. A single sensor covers gas and refrigerants thanks to its particularly high sensitivity in the lower measuring range.
